چکیده
In the present study fiber hybrid (bamboo and Musa acuminata stem fibers (MASF) were reinforced polyester composite, for enhancing mechanical properties. The natural composite has gained its importance due to low cost, substitute artificial fiber, price, able reduce sound, environmentally friendly, a density, good fit ability absorb impact energy. It’s possible use it as vehicle accessory such rear bumper vehicle. This aims investigate tensile stress-strain, elasticity modulus microstructure of fracture fiberglass bamboo MASF hybrid. Polyester matrix type 157 is used BQTN G3253T, MEKPO catalyst. properties test was carried out by universal testing machine (UTM) instrument, observing occurrence using scanning electron microscope (SEM). specimens produced vacuum infusion method. results this indicate that addition more outer layer content can increase strength, composites with woven, random arrangement better than fiber. So in manufacture provide strength modulus. configuration also value on specimen compared outside. each there are long pulled out. diameter reinforcement larger so load transfer not effective MASF.

Characteristically, polymers consist of the long chain molecules constructed of atoms (such as carbon and hydrogen) in the various arrangements with the different elements in the forming of basic building block of a polymer chain. Besides its primacy to the safety and environmental issues, polymer is becoming more widely used in today's industrial products due to its inherent advantages, such a...
متن کاملMechanical Behavior of Hybrid Fiber Reinforced High Strength Concrete with Graded Fibers
Brittleness, which was the inherent weakness in High Strength Concrete (HSC), can be avoided by reinforcing the concrete with discontinuous fibers. Reinforcing HSC with more than one fiber is advantageous in an overall improvement of the mechanical performance of the composite. In this experimental study, Hybrid Fiber Reinforced High Strength Concrete (HyFR-HSC) mixes were formed by blending si...

Effect of addition of filler material to the natural fiber composite was experimentally investigated. Composites are manufactured by the conventional hand-layup method. All composites are made with a fixed banana fiber with 15% weight fraction addition of different weight fraction of (0, 3, 5, 7.5%) groundnut shell ash is added to the composite. Tensile, hardness, impact and compressive strengt...
